• Flat2DXF collects the minimum data needed to issue and verify licenses: activation code, e-mail address, product SKU, app version, and a machine identifier used for device-limit enforcement.
• CAD files, DXF geometry, SOLIDWORKS source files, drawings, customer project files, and generated production packages are not uploaded by the license activation flow.
• License activation data is processed through the configured Flat2DXF licensing backend. Machine IDs are stored server-side as hashes plus a short suffix for support diagnostics.
• Support requests may include information the user chooses to send, such as screenshots, logs, or file paths. Users should remove confidential data before sending support material.
• This policy should receive legal review before commercial launch.
